Aanchal Ispat - Results- Unaudited Financial Results For The Quarter Ended 30-06-2026.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, we wish to inform you that the BOD of the Company, at their meeting held on Friday, 14th August, 2026, inter alia, have considered and approved the unaudited standalone financial results of the company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026, the same is attached herewith.
