Wagend Infra Venture - Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of The Board Meeting Pursuant To Regulation 30 Of SEBI LODR

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30, 33 and other applicable provisions of SEBI LODR the BOD has inter alia approved the following things: \r\n1. Regulation 33 - Un-audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026\r\n2. Appointment of Mr. Kaushik Kantilal Shah as an Additional Independent Director (DIN: 01396342) on the Board of Directors of the Company.\r\n3. Approval of the Notice of 44th Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 03:30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) facility.
