Belrise Industries - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Dividend Updates

The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.55 (11%) per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 on the equity shares issued and alloted under QIP subject to approval by members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
