Belrise Industries - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

The Board of Directors of the Company has recommened final dividend of Rs. 0.55 (11%) per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 on the equity shares issued and alloted under QIP subject to approval of members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
