Toss the Coin - Intimation Of Book Closure For The Sixth Annual General Meeting ('AGM')

Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer books will remain closed from Saturday, 5th September, 2026 to Friday, 11th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Sixth AGM.
