Pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has sent a letter providing a web-link of the Annual Report 2025-26 to those Members who have not registered their email addresses with the Company / Depositories.\r\n\r\nThe Sixth AGM of the Company will be held on Friday, 11th September, 2026, at 10.00 a.m. (IST) through video conference ('VC') and Other Audio-Visual Means ('OAVM').
