Hindustan Hardy - Book Closure For The Purpose Of AGM And Dividend.

This is to inform that the 44th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday 10th September, 2026 at 2.30 p.m\r\n\r\nPursuant to applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the record date is fixed as Thursday 03rd September, 2026 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Dividend.\r\n\r\nFurther, dividend, if approved by the Members of the Company at the AGM, will be paid on and from Tuesday 15th September, 2026\r\n
