Hindustan Hardy - Notice Of 44Th AGM Of Hindustan Hardy Limited.

The 44th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 10th September, 2026 at 2.30 p.m through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means. This is in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and General Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated April 8, 2020, April 13, 2020, May 5, 2020 and subsequent circulars issued in this regard, the latest being September 22, 2025.
