Silver futures fall Rs 851 to Rs 2.34 lakh per Kg

Silver prices declined by Rs 851, or 0.36%, to Rs 2,34,596 per kg in futures trade on Friday, weighed down by reduced positions and selling pressure from market participants.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), silver contracts for September delivery fell Rs 851 to Rs 2,34,596 per kg, with a business turnover of 3,644 lots.

Analysts attributed the decline in silver futures to selling by participants, which weighed on prices.
