The Board of Directors in the meeting considered and approved the following:\r\n1. Reviewed the remuneration and/or sitting fees to be given to the Directors of the Company for\r\nthe Financial Year 2026-2027;\r\n3. Considered and approved the Directors report for the Financial Year 2025-2026;\r\n4. Fixed date, time and place for holding Annual General Meeting of the Company for the\r\nFinancial Year 2025-2026;\r\n5. Considered and approved the shifting of the registered office of the Company;\r\n6. Considered and approved the re-appointment of M/s GHV & Co. as the Secretarial Auditor of\r\nthe Company for Financial Year 2026-2027;\r\n7. Considered and approved the appointment of scrutinizer for the Annual General Meeting for\r\nthe financial year 2025-2026;\r\nalong with other matters.\r\n
