Date, Time and Venue of the 46th Annual General Meeting\r\nThe Board approved that the 46th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (IST) at the Registered Office of the Company situated at Village Tipra, Barotiwala, District Solan - 174103, Himachal Pradesh, in physical mode.\r\n2. Other Agenda Items\r\nThe remaining agenda items as contained in the notice of the aforesaid Board Meeting, were not considered/approved at the said meeting and shall be placed before the Board for consideration at a subsequent Board Meeting
