Divyashakti has declared 10% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

Divyashakti Ltd. on Monday, 25 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 10 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Monday, 21 September 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 21 September 2026.

The last five dividends are 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 22 September 2025), 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 17 September 2024), 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 14 September 2023), 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 10 August 2022) and 15% Final dividend (Ex Date : 21 September 2021).
