We wish to inform you that the 40th Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of the Company will be held through Video Conferencing ( VC ) /Other Audio Visual Means ( OAVM ) on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 01:00 p.m. (IST), in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 including rules made thereunder and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( Listing Regulations ) read with the Circular No. 14/2020 dated April 8, 2020, Circular No. 17/2020 dated April 13, 2020, Circular No. 20/2020 dated May 5, 2020 and latest one being Circular No. 03/2025 dated September 22, 2025 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
