Balu Forge Industries Limited has informed the Exchange about Raising of funds by way of issuance of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds ( FCCBs ) for an aggregate amount of up to USD 60 million on a private placement basis, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and such regulatory, statutory and other approvals as may be required under applicable law.
