Garware Offshore - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Preferential Issue

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby intimate that the Company has received letter No. LOD/PREF/AA/FIP/630/2026-27 dated August 11, 2026 for Listing Approval for 27,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each issued at premium of Rs. 82/- per share bearing Distinctive Numbers from 30743444 to 30770443 issued to Non-Promoter on preferential basis pursuant to conversion of Warrants.
