GRP - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Updates on Acquisition

The Company on August 10, 2026, has subscribed to and has been allotted 2,60,48,649 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each of BECIS Solar 5 Private Limited (\Target Company\) which amounts to 26.43% of shareholding in the target Company as on date and with this last tranche of investment it completes the said acquisition.
