Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), Regulatiom 2015, this is to inform you that on the recommendation of Audit Committee, the Board has approved the Appointment of M/s. Arun Ratnawat & Associates, Chartered Accountant, as Statutory Auditor of the Company to fill the casual vacancy.
