This is to inform you that in terms of Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing\r\nObligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are sending herewith the\r\ntextual matter of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. Please\r\nnote that the results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board\r\nof Directors at their respective meetings held on 11th August 2026. The meeting of the Board\r\nof Directors commenced at 19:50 hours and concluded at 20:30 hours.\r\nWe also enclose a copy of the Limited Review Report issued by the Auditors of the Company\r\nas required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure\r\nRequirements) Regulations, 2015.\r\nThe results would also be uploaded in the Company's website www.esabindia.com and will\r\nbe published in i) Business Standard - in English and ii) Makkal Kural - in Tamil.
