Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 (read with Part-A of Schedule III) and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, as amended , we are enclosing herewith the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2026 which has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. Tuesday, 11th August, 2026 along with a copy of the Limited Review Report dated 11th August, 2026 issued by M/s M.M. Nissim & Co. LLP, the Statutory Auditors of the Company.\r\n\r\nThe Board Meeting commenced at 2:30 p.m. and concluded at 3:15 p.m.
