AUDROC - Board Meeting Outcome for For Allotment Of Fully Convertible Equity Warrants On A Preferential Basis

The Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 2,50,00,000 (Two Crore Fifty Lakhs) Fully Convertible Equity Warrants convertible into Equity Shares to 1 allottee on August 10, 2026 at an issue price of Rs. 4.00/- per warrant including a premium of Rs. 3.00/- per warrant on preferential basis in first tranche in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
