Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, the Stock exchange is being informed that the Board of Directors of Bajaj Steel Industries Limited, at the Board Meeting held today i.e. August 10, 2026, have inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 along with Limited Review Report thereon.
