To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30th June, 2026.\r\n2. To consider and take on record the Limited Review Report on the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.\r\n3. Any other matter, if required with the permission of the chairman.\r\n\r\nFurther, in continuation of our letter dated 25th June, 2026 and in terms of the Harish Textile Engineers Limited Code of Business Conduct and Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Person, the trading window for insiders which is already closed with effect from Wednesday, 01st July, 2026, shall continue to remain closed till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the declaration/dissemination of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company (both days inclusive) for the first quarter ended on 30th June, 2026.\r\n
