Mayur Leather Pr - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Statutory Auditors

With reference to the above, we wish to inform you that M/s. JAIN PARAS BILALA & CO., Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No. 011046C), have expressed their inability to continue as statutory auditors of the Company vide their letter dated August 08, 2026, whereby they have tendered their resignation effective from the closure of business hours of 13th August, 2026 or upon the approval of financials of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 whichever is later , with the reason mentioned in the resignation letter enclosed herewith.
