B&A Packaging India - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

Based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Ranadhis Banerjee as a Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f 07th August 2026 and Mr. Sabitabrata Mondal as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f 1st September 2026.
