KIOCL Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of KIOCL Ltd. is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026 inter-alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2026.\r\n\r\nFurther, as required under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company had been closed from July 01, 2026 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended June, 2026.
