CHL - Date Of 47Th Annual General Meeting, Book Closure And E-Voting Information.

Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Register of the Members and Share Transfer Books of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will remain closed from 28.08.2026 to 03.09.2026 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 47th AGM of the company.
