CHL - Date Of 47Th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The 47th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 03rd September, 2026 at 12:30 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). the venue of the Meeting shall be deemed to be the Registered Office of the company at Hotel The Suryaa, Community Centre, New Friends Colony, New Delhi - 110025 to transact the Business as set out in the Notice for the 47th Annual General Meeting.
