Asahi India Glass Limited has informed the Exchange regarding convening of 41st Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of the Company on Friday, 18th September, 2026 through Video Conferencing ( VC ) / Other Audio Visual Means ( OAVM ), and closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company from 12th September, 2026 to 18th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Dividend.
