Re-appointment of M/s. D G M S & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 0112187W), as Statutory Auditor of the Company for a period of five consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of the 55th Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of the Company till the conclusion of 60th AGM of the Company, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing AGM.
