Nicco Parks & Re - Corporate Action-Board to consider Dividend

The Board of Directors at it's meeting to be held on Thursday, the 13th day of August, 2026 shall also consider a proposal for declaration of \Interim Dividend\ to the Equity shareholders in terms of Regulation 29(1)(e) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
