Appointment of Statutory Auditors M/s. Chhogmal & Co., Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 consecutive years i.e. from conclusion of 52nd Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of 57th Annual General Meeting of the Company, subject to approval of the Members.
