Gandhar Oil Refinery - Disruption of Operations

Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that this is in continuation to our earlier intimation dated July 24, 2026 submitted to the Stock Exchanges andpursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, regarding the impact on operations of the Company's manufacturing facility located at Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, U.T. 396230, due to unprecedented heavy rainfall and flood-like conditions. The Company wishes to inform that operations at the said manufacturing facility have resumed.
