Bajaj Steel Ind. - Update on board meeting

The Board Meeting to be held on 08/08/2026 has been revised to 10/08/2026 Bajaj Steel Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 08/08/2026 ,But due to unavoidable reasons the same to be held on 10/08/2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report thereon for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
