Gandhar Oil Refinery - Intimation Pursuant To Regulation 30 Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Reg

This is in continuation to our earlier intimation dated July 24, 2026 submitted to stack exchanges and Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) regulations, 2015 regarding the impact on operations of the Company's manufacturing facility located at Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, U.T.- 396230, due to unprecedented heavy rainfall and flood-like conditions.\r\nThe Company wishes to inform that operations at the said manufacturing facility have resumed.
