Rudra Gas Enterprise - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Updates on Acquisition

Company has completed the acquisiton of 71% Equity Shares of DS Pipeline Projects Limited. Henceforth Acquired Company has become the subsidiary Company of Rudra Gas Enterprise Limited. Further intimation under SEBI (LODR), 2018 is attached herewith.
