Esha Media Research Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 06th Day of August, 2026 inter-alia to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026 along with Limited Review Report from the Auditors, thereon pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015;\r\n\r\nIn connection with the above, please also note that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's internal code for prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from 1st July, 2026 and will remain closed till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours of declaration of un-audited financial statements for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.\r\n
