Board of Directors of Creative Castings Limited in its meeting held on Today, i.e. August 1, 2026, inter alia, approved and recommended payment of final Dividend at the rate of 125% (i.e. Rs. 12.50 per equity share of Rs. 10.00 each) for the financial year ended on March 31, 2026 subject to approval of shareholders at ensuing 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled on September 26, 2026.
