Greenleaf Envirotech Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Re-appointment of Mr Sanket Pravinchandra Shah as Non- Executive Independent Director of the company w.e.f. September 06, 2026 for a second term of five (5) consecutive years commencing from September 6, 2026 to September 5, 2031 (both days inclusive), subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
