V R Infraspace Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e., July 31, 2026 (which commenced at 12:30 IST and concluded at 13:05 IST), inter-alia, approved the issuance of Corporate Guarantee in favour of the lender i.e., Indian Bank, to secure loan facility of INR 9.35 Crore (Indian Rupees Nine Crore Thirty Five Lakhs only) to be availed by Daxon Realty Limited, Subsidiary Company.
