Pursuant to the regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Mr. Biswadeep Banerjee, General Manager - Equipment Sales & After Market, a SMP of the Company, is retiring form the services of the company by the closing hours of 31st July 2026. \r\nConsequent to Mr. Biswadeep Banerjee's retirement, Mr. Jalubula Venkata Koteswara Rao, has taken charge as Business Head - Sales & Marketing - Equipment & Cutting System. Further, in terms of Regulation 16(1)(d) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Mr. Jalubula Venkata Koteswara Rao, shall be regarded as Senior Management Personnel of the Company effective from 1st August 2026
