In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirments) Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify that the Operations and Administrative Committee of the Company on 31st July, 2026 has allotted 7,850 fully paid up equity shares of INR 2 each pursuant to exercise of employee stock options/ stock appreciation rights under the Cipla ESOP Scheme 2013-A and Cipla Employee Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme 2021 of the Company.
