Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013, read with Rule 10 of Companies (Management and Administration)Rules 2014, we would like to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday August 19, 2026 to Tuesday August 25, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 44th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.\r\n\r\nNo Dividend is proposed for the Year 2025-26.\r\n\r\nKindly take the same on record.\r\n
