QGO Finance - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (\SEBI Listing Regulations\), we hereby inform you that the majority of the Board of Directors of the Company has passed a resolution by circulation on July 29, 2026, for the allotment of 100 Transferable Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 1,00,000/-each, aggregating to Rs. 1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Only).
