G G Dandekar Propert - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Amendments to Memorandum & Articles of Association

The Board of Directors in the meeting held on 29th July 2026 approved the following proposals subject to shareholders' approval at ensuing AGM: 1. Alteration to MOA because of proposed shifting of registered office within State of Maharashtra and 2. Alteration to the AOA in order to align the same to Companies Act, 2013.
