Monika Alcobev has entered into a strategic partnership with Angostura, the globally renowned Caribbean producer of premium rums and bitters, to import, distribute and market the brand's portfolio in India.

Under the agreement, Monika Alcobev will introduce Angostura 5-Year-Old Rum, Angostura Aromatic Bitters, and Angostura Orange Bitters, with an initial rollout in Maharashtra and Delhi, followed by expansion into other states.

The company said the partnership aims to tap into India's growing premium spirits market, driven by rising demand for craft cocktails and internationally recognised brands. Monika Alcobev, which currently represents more than 100 international beverage brands across India and neighbouring South Asian markets, expects the collaboration to strengthen Angostura's presence across bars, restaurants, retail outlets and the hospitality sector.
