In continuation of our earlier communication dt. 17th July, 2026 we would like to inform you that, the Board of Directors of Power Finance Corporation Ltd. in its meeting held today i.e July 23, 2026 have interalia considered and approved the following:\r\n\r\nA proposal for seeking approval of shareholders, under section 180(1)(a) and 180(1)(c) of the Companies Act 2013 for enhancement of borrowing limit from domestic & international market.\r\n
