With reference to our intimation dated June 11, 2025, whereby we had informed the Exchange regarding the penalty of Rs. 1,50,000/- levied by NSE, on account of alleged non-closure of open observations reported in the Action Taken Report submitted against the VAPT Report for FY 24-25, we wish to inform that NSE has withdrawn the penalty as the Company stands allocated to another Stock Exchange i.e. BSE.\r\n\r\nWe request you to kindly take the same on record.
