Trishakti Industries Ltd has announced its strategic entry into the wind energy equipment rental segment, expanding its presence in India's specialised infrastructure equipment rental market.
The company said the move is aimed at capitalising on the growing demand for heavy-lift equipment as the wind energy sector shifts towards larger, higher-capacity turbines that require specialised 900-tonne cranes for installation.
During the first quarter of FY2027, Trishakti Industries reported strong operational growth, supported by sustained demand from the infrastructure, steel, industrial and energy sectors. The company also expanded its equipment fleet, strengthened customer relationships and continued to execute its long-term strategy of building a specialised equipment rental platform.
The company said its foray into wind energy equipment rental is a natural extension of its existing heavy equipment business and is expected to position it in a high-growth segment with strong long-term demand and significant entry barriers.
