Confidence Petroleum has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended June 30, 2026

As of June 2026, 57.38% is owned by Indian Promoters and 42.62% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Confidence Petroleum company are Gaspoint Petroleum India Limited (708.61 lakhs shares / 21.33%), Essenn LPG Bottling Private Limited (314.86 lakhs shares / 9.48%), Nitin Punamchand Khara (235.33 lakhs shares / 7.08%), Confidence LPG Bottling Pvt Ltd (150.66 lakhs shares / 4.53%) and Neela Nalin Khara (106.46 lakhs shares / 3.20%).

Out of 1906.44 lakhs shares, Promoters of Confidence Petroleum Company has over 790.14 lakhs (41.44%) shares on pledge as of June 30, 2026.
