The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 71.75 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 69.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 3.25 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.30 per cent at Rs 778.88 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 797.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.58 per cent to Rs 670.42 crore from Rs 666.57 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 4.79 per cent at Rs 13.78 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 13.15 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 8.48 per cent to Rs 131.46 crore as against Rs 143.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.33 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 29.70 per cent y-o-y to Rs 9.61 crore, while Taxation increased by 13.02 per cent at Rs 24.82 crore (Jun'25 Rs 21.96 crore).
